These terms apply to your use of Cornerpeg and this site, which are made by Aphelion Engineering Pty Ltd.

Cornerpeg is a calculator. It works out transfer duty, upfront costs, cash at settlement and a weekly cost figure from published rates, thresholds and fees, and shows the working behind every figure. General information only — not financial, tax, or legal advice. It does not name, rank or compare any lender, loan, insurer or broker. Decisions about a purchase are yours.

Every figure is only as current as the published rate it came from. Rates and thresholds change, a change can take time to reach the product, and a figure for a particular property can differ from the amount a revenue office or conveyancer finally assesses. Where a rate cannot be verified the product refuses to show a figure rather than guess.

Every figure is free. A Pro licence changes how a report looks, never what it says, and is sold as a plain annual licence for the person or business that buys it. It does not renew automatically. A licence may be used on the devices of the purchaser and is not to be resold or shared. Purchases are processed by a merchant of record under its own checkout terms, including refunds.

We may change the product and these terms. Changes to rates are recorded on the Changes page with the date they took effect, and changes to these terms are announced on this site before they apply. We will not vary a paid licence in a way that takes away what was paid for.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on a figure, and our liability for a paid licence is limited to the price paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Cornerpeg and this site are offered to Australian residents only. Questions go to the support address on the Support page.
